Finalità

GENTLEMEN DRIVERS è un’associazione sportivo culturale che nasce su iniziativa di alcuni appassionati cultori dell’automobilismo. L’obiettivo sociale di GENTLEMEN DRIVERS è di promuovere l’immagine dell’automobile e dell’automobilismo sportivo attraverso ogni sua valenza, sia essa culturale, tecnica o sociale.

 I Soci (limitati al numero di 50) sono scelti tra i collezionisti delle vetture più importanti e tra coloro che si sono distinti per chiari meriti nel campo del motorismo sportivo.

Grazie al contributo della mitiche competizioni del passato e grazie ai piloti e tecnici che hanno contribuito all’evoluzione dell’automobile, GENTLEMEN DRIVERS ritiene che l’automobile sia sicuramente tra le massime espressioni della creatività e genialità di questo secolo.

I Soci GENTLEMEN DRIVERS, piloti o proprietari di vetture di alto valore storico/collezionistico, hanno un posto di diritto in tutti gli eventi e competizioni organizzate.

 Sono anche ambasciatori in tutto il mondo del patrimonio storico artistico dell’automobile, custodi del suo importante ruolo sia nell’attività sportiva, sia dal punto di vista tecnico o stilistico nella storia passata, ma anche in quella più recente dell’automobilismo.

GENTLEMEN DRIVERS is a cultural and sport association founded on the initiative of some enthusiasts of the history of motor sport.

The pourpose of GENTLEMEN DRIVERS is that of promoting the image of the historic car and the history of motor sport emphasizing their cultural, technical and social value.

The members (limited to the number of 50) are selected among the most important collectors of historic cars and among those who have distinguished themselves for clear merits during the history of motor sport.

Thanks to the mythical competitions of the past and to drivers and technicians who have contributed to the evolution of the car, GENTLEMEN DRIVERS believes that the car has been certainly one of the greatest expressions of the human creativity in the last century.

The members of GENTLEMEN DRIVERS, as drivers or owners of cars of great historical value, have the right to partecipate to all events and competitions organized by the association.

They are also witnesses in the world of the historical cultural value of the historic car, guardians of its important role, both in terms of technical and stylistic evolution, not just in the past but also in the latest history of motor sport.
